How to sign up for Package Only Service
USPS Form 1583 needs to be filled out by any adult getting mail or packages. It is a simple form and can easily be filled out in the store.
Present 2 forms of acceptable identification.
The first has to be a Current Valid State/Tribal/Government issued ID and can include: Driver's license, ID, Passport, Military ID, US University ID, Permanent Resident, or Naturalization Card. US Access Card or Matricula Consular.
The second does not need a photo but needs to show your Physical Address and can include: Rental/Lease/Land agreement, Mortgage, Deed of Trust or Home insurance, Car insurance or Car Registration, Voter Card. A State DL or ID can only be used if it is NOT used for the first form of identification.
Things that CANNOT be used for identification: Birth Certificate, SS card, Credit Cards, Costco, Bills, Health Cards, Car Title, Property Taxes. Identification from societies, businesses, or churches.
You will need to fill out the Form 1583 and show proper ID's. You will not be eligible to receive mail, but your packages will be kept secure until you pick them up.
Packages must not exceed 50lbs unless special arrangements are made prior to shipping.

How is this different than having a mailbox?
You will GET NO MAIL DELIVERY - if regular mail comes for you it will be immediately returned to sender.
You will not change your address.
This is only for Packages shipped to you from a private shipper (amazon) or family and friends. Make sure they have the Package Pickup Address provided to you.
You will need to have ID to pick up packages.
